DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ADELAIDE METRO DELIVERY ONLY
The following time windows are available during the normal working week and exclude availability on public holidays and rostered staff leave days (i.e annual leave / summer break)!!
The following time options are available
MONDAY –THURSDAY
10.00am – 12:00 pm
1:00pm – 3:00pm
FRIDAY: 10:00am – 12:00 noon
DEFINITIONS
TIME WINDOWS: We can never promise exact times for deliveries and will commit to a 2 hour time frame only. By special arrangement we can organise a “closer to” time on the delivery paperwork
1 PERSON DELIVERY: For all styles with sizes up to and including King Single with the exception of electric beds. The cost charged to the client incorporates the price of delivery to your address. Installation is free if access is not inhibited!!
1 PERSON DELIVERY / ASSISTED: All styles from double size and up including all rest-a-flex electric beds with able bodied customer assistance to help unload delivery vehicle. The cost charged to the client incorporates the price of delivery to your address. Installation is free if access is not inhibited!!
2 PERSON DELIVERY: All styles from double size and up including all rest-a-flex electric beds with 2 employees of GATH pty ltd to unload delivery vehicle. The cost charged to the client incorporates the price of delivery to your address. Installation is free if access is not inhibited!!
BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT: Managerial consent is essential.
SCHEDULING MORE THAN 7 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE: We only schedule at 1 weeks notice if a client requires a greater time consideration then the client requires special arrangement approval.
MATTRESS REMOVAL: We can remove mattresses & bedding from the clients address, this is an additional charge and bed frames are only removed at our discretion. We can relocate the mattress at our discretion i.e take it to the front of house or garage but we will not remove it from the property.
UPSTAIRS OR AWKWARD DELIVERY: Occasionally we are limited by access to certain clients property and at times may not be able to complete the installation due to restricted access such as a spiral staircase or steep or inhibited driveway. The cost charged to the client incorporates the price of delivery to your address. Installation is free if access in not inhibited!!
WEEKEND PICK UP REQUIREMENTS
1) Exclusively by appointment only (minimum 24 hours notice)
2) For sizes of King single and under 1 able bodied person who can lift up to 50 kilo’s
3) For sizes of Double and greater 2 able bodied people who can lift up to 50 kilo’s each
4) If only one person available for Double or greater size, assistance can be arranged for a $11 call out fee and firm appointment made with a minimum of 24 hours notice
5) Weekend delivery is available by a third party only and price is available on application.
