• How do you support South Australians?

We’ve been owned and operated by South Australians since 1873, we employ locals and most of our fabrics, foams, fibres and spring suppliers are local too. We’re also proud to be a part of community initiatives including supplying bedding to homeless shelters, hospitals and the in-home care sector.

• How do I know when I need a new mattress?

A mattress of good quality should last you around 10-15 years on average, however if you are experiencing discomfort or if you are entering a new stage of life that requires more appropriate/specialised mattress and bedding then improve your lifestyle by adjusting your sleepstyle come in for a chat and learn about your options.

• Can I order something from home?

You certainly can, but whether it’s for you or someone else we always advise that people try before they buy. It really is about finding the best fit for the individual, and we’re here to help match your sleeping preferences to the right mattress and/or bedding.

•  Can I test your products?

Please do! Come try out our mattresses in our comfortable factory-direct showroom before you buy, it’s constantly stocked with a variety of products for every kind of sleeper.

• Do you deliver?

We do! We offer delivery within the Adelaide Metro Area, with delivery cost calculated by the distance from the CBD to your home. Regional deliveries outside this zone are available through 3^rd party suppliers and can be arranged for special circumstances. • What do I do with my old mattress?

Mattress Removal can generally be organised through your local Council, or we can do it on the delivery day! Our Remove & Recycle Service ensures that your old mattress does not end up in landfill, for more information or to have it arranged please call us on (08) 8371 2366.

• How can I extend the life of my mattress?

Often this depends on the mattress, how old it is and the type. A mattress that can be flipped will last twice as long as a single-sided spring mattress, which is why at Supercraft Bedding we don’t make single-sided spring mattresses! • How are you staying COVID-safe?

We’re all in this together, and we have practices in place to ensure the safety of both you and our staff. Our Showroom has been treated with a powerful antibacterial disinfectant spray and is regularly cleaned by having pillowcases washed, hand sanitiser being accessible and social distancing practiced.
